A 44g ultra-lightweight tri-mode gaming mouse built around the PixArt PAW3950, Realtek RTL8762 MCU, 8KHz polling and a hot-swappable dual-battery system.

Teardown Notes

The Lingbao M9 Ultra is an ultra-lightweight wireless gaming mouse built around a PixArt PAW3950 sensor and Realtek RTL8762 main controller. The mouse supports wired, 2.4GHz wireless and Bluetooth connectivity, with up to 8000Hz polling in compatible modes. The M9 Ultra uses a removable battery system, with the mouse listed with two 400mAh batteries for quick swapping. The complete mouse weighs approximately 44g, making the low weight one of its primary design characteristics. The main sensor is the PixArt PAW3950, with a configurable DPI range of 800–30,000 DPI and six DPI levels. The controller is identified as the Realtek RTL8762, which is also used in the higher-end M9 Pro Max platform. The primary clicks use TTC optical micro switches. The scroll wheel uses a TTC Gold encoder, while the mouse also uses a lightweight internal PCB and PTFE feet. The M9 Ultra retains the M9-series ergonomic shell, measuring approximately 124.69 × 62.71 × 39.1 mm. Connectivity is provided through USB-C wired mode, 2.4GHz wireless and Bluetooth. The combination of a PAW3950 sensor, RTL8762 controller, 8KHz polling support, optical switches, TTC Gold encoder and removable battery system makes the M9 Ultra a relatively feature-dense implementation for a 44g mouse.
